Creating you home page is easy, you must be from regmi family and already be using regmi family mail service (i.e. 2 GB Free email, you@regmi.com.np, a service from regmi.com.np and Google.).

You can host your Regmi Family Domain ID (eg, youdomain.regmi.com.np) with regmi.com.np or at any other place where you want.
For hosting yourdomain.regmi.com.np you should change your domain's nameserver to :-

ns1.regmi.net.np (ping it to get IP)
ns2.regmi.net.np (ping it to get IP)
